My tumbling coach just put a video up of some clips from last night and I throw the most horrific 3/4 tuck (suicide/splat). I don’t even jump up I set my arms up, but just sort of throw my head forward. I do get round and land it how it should land but it is actually hideous.

If I throw it like that at comp I may die of embarrassment. Seriously why is it so hard for me to jump upwards?!

Tumbling :(

I’m so sick of putting so much effort into trying to tumble and then just getting no where. I’ve massively upped my general exercise to increase my fitness and am conditioning for core strength plus doing extra tumbling classes on top of cheer tumbling sessions and I just don’t feel like I am getting anywhere.

Then to have someone stroll into the class on their first week and see me learning a front handspring and after no instruction say ‘I wanna try that’ and bloody land it perfectly second time?! I mean come on!

I swear my body is just not built to tumble :(

I’m just gonna go over here and feel sorry for myself
